The ABC of Registration of a Guyana Company
Give us the name of the company which you desire to register .
Give us at least two other names of your proposed company in case the first is not available.
If you have already registered a company with us you need not pay any deposit, otherwise you pay a deposit towards the costs of registration to our bank. Sometimes we we may postpone the payment at that stage .
We will then check to see if that name is available and reserve it for you before someone else grabs it.
A company needs directors and a secretary. Decide on the names of persons who will be your directors and the secretary of the Company. Two directors and one secretary is good enough.
Using your printer scan the photo page of your passport and those of your Directors and your Secretary. You may also choose to get someone to help you do so .
Once you send us the a copy of the photo page of your passport along with the other directors and secretary by email/courier/post we will then prepare the documents within 24 hours and send back to you with instructions to print and sign .
We will prepare the other legal documents, take the necessary steps and provide other assistance to register your company. This will enable you to hit the ground running.
We will register your company , collect the certificate of incorporation and send to you .
After the company is registered you would need to open a bank account .We would assist you if you need .
